Hudson Robotics has developed an accurate and reliable method for High speed pH measurement in microplates. Our proprietary technique delivers new scalability and speed to pH measurements in microplates. The Hudson Robotics High Speed pH method represents a simple, fast and accurate method of determining the pH for a large number of samples in microplates without the delays and inaccuracies inherent in electrode-based measurements.
The Hudson Robotics High Speed pH measurement system does not rely on electrodes or tricky ratio specific relative Optical Density values.
Process: The High Speed pH measurement procedure is as easy as 1,2,3
- Add 30uL of Hudson Robotics High Speed pH indicator to each well of the pH microplate
- Add 13uL of your Sample, one sample per well
- Run High Speed pH measurement protocol
Performance:
- Speed – Less than 4 seconds per sample
- Resolution – 0.1
- Range – pH 4.0 through 10.0
